These games are the second installment of the Pokemon video games series. Explore the new world of the Johto region and gain all of the new 100 Pokemon and catch the other Pokemon from the Indigo League region.
Day and Night, Night and Day What's the Difference?
The difference? Catching the new Pokemon of course! These games have the new feature of night and day, depending on when your time and day is! At the beginning of each game, your character must set up a clock to match the real time in your world. Once that is set, it will be either day or night, and the type of Pokemon about will be determined by either if its day, night, or afternoon. 
???: The Enemy?
??? is your new rival, instead of some hometown rival. He steals a Pokemon from Proffessor Elm and
runs off only to return to challenge you ever once in awhile. He wills always still the hardest type of Pokemon compared to the type of Pokemon that you chose such as you chose the Fire type and your rival will steal the Water type. He will be tough, but it is victorious to beat him! The New Berries, Apricorns, and Pokemon
Another few great features, include the berries, actual berries that you can feed your Pokemon. Some berries can help cure your Pokemon when its confused or when its sleeping. Apricorns are the things Pokeballs are made from. Your character will encounter these throughout your journey. Once you find them, you can take them to Kurt, the Pokeball Master. He lives in Azalea Town, and will turn your Apricorn into a new type of Pokeball, such as a Lure ball.As I said earlier, new Pokemon are found and some can only be found in the dark. The new ledgendaries are the dog Pokemon Entei, Suicune, and Raikiou. Also you can now breed your Pokemon! Leave two Pokemon of the opposite sexes at the Daycare and you may come back to find a Pokemon egg! You must walk to hatch and egg. Two new Pokemon types are introduced here also.
The new Dark-type and Steel-type are a great addition to the Pokemon type list. The Dark-type levels out the Physic-type. Some moves were switched over to other types and other types were now either more powerful or less powerful against another type, such as the Ice-type is now less powerful than the Fire-type. Before they were both medium power toward another.
